Meet the Founder

Brandon M. McCary, President & Managing Member, brings over 18 years of HVAC industry experience, rooted in his 2005 start at Northwest MS Community College where he earned his Associate's Degree in HVAC Technology and EPA Universal Certification. After honorable service in the U.S. Marine Corps, including a deployment to Afghanistan, Brandon returned to the field working for his uncle's business, Comfort Plus Heating & Air, before founding McCary Heating & Cooling, LLC in March 2022. He holds HVAC and Electrical Licenses through the Mississippi Board of Contractors, along with a HVAC CMC-C License through the Tennessee Department of Commerce Insurance , showcasing his commitment to quality and compliance.
